KSKS Partners Inc. is a family office with three divisions: Real Estate, Private Equity, and Asset Management. The Private Equity arm focuses on the sports and entertainment sectors and includes MySeat Media, a fan engagement platform that builds white-label mobile apps for entertainment brands. MySeat now drives revenue from seven sources, including subscriptions, livestreams, auctions, and exclusive merchandise via Shopify. He also leads KSKS Sports Collectibles Inc., one of Canada’s largest sports memorabilia businesses. His investment portfolio includes roles on the boards of TickSmith Inc. (big data, AI), Lock&Go (smart lockers), and the Montreal Quebec Angels Group (early-stage startups). The Real Estate division, KSKS Real Estate Holdings Inc., invests in commercial and multifamily properties across Canada and the U.S. Mr. Shelton spent half of his 25-year financial career at Goldman Sachs in New York, Toronto, and Montreal before launching his family office in 2010. A lifelong sports and music enthusiast, he’s been a passionate collector since childhood. Today, he devotes himself full-time to his businesses, his family, and the KSKS Kids Foundation, which he founded to support student-athletes through high school sports scholarships.
