Robert Spector is a Montreal-born entrepreneur who acquired a small company called Bankers Pen Inc. and spent the next three decades building it into a market leader before achieving a successful exit to a private equity firm in 2018. He is a proud father of four daughters and is married to his wife Tina. He holds a BA in Political Science from Concordia and an MBA from the University of New Hampshire. Now transitioning from CEO to Board Chair, Robert is channeling his decades of operational experience into investing and capital allocation through his holding company, SPCTR Capital.
