He founded Perspective Real Estate Group, which focused on value-add commercial and industrial projects, and later co-founded Capstone Developments, specializing in urban infill residential development.

Today, in addition to leading Montreal’s TIGER 21 group, Randall remains active in real estate investment and development projects across Canada.

He also serves on the boards of Kehilla (affordable housing) and Friendship Circle (children with special needs), and splits his time between Montreal, the Laurentians, and Florida with his wife, two sons, and their Goldendoodle.
