With over 25 years of investment experience, he co-leads the Canadian growth and All Cap equity strategies and oversees research in the consumer and industrial sectors. Nicolas also serves as President and CEO ofPembroke Private Wealth Management, guiding the firm’s private clientstrategy and leadership team. Since joining Pembroke in 1997, Nicolas has been instrumental in the firm’sevolution as a boutique investment and wealth management firm. AsManaging Partner, he provides overall leadership and contributes to investment strategies, organizational development and talent mentorship. He chairsPembroke’s Management Committee and is deeply committed to fostering aculture of excellence, collaboration and long-term growth. Nicolas is also President of the Hermitage Club and a Director of the Eric T.Webster Foundation. He enjoys skiing, golf, cycling and time with family andfriends.
