Éric Bédard is the firm’s Managing Partner for the Québec Region and a member of the Global Management Committee. A true leader in the community, he sits on the boards of directors of several public and private institutions and presides over many charitable events. As a lawyer, Éric practises primarily in the areas of labour and administrative law and provides strategic advice. Public and private sector companies rely on Éric’s services during certifications and collective bargaining. He has vast experience in administrative reviews and injunctions and defends the interests of clients before different courts. Éric served as Assistant Chief of Staff to the Premier of Québec and has a thorough understanding of the machinery of the Québec government. He also developed expertise in petroleum price regulation during appearances before the Régie de l’énergie du Québec.
