He is recognized nationwide by several renowned legal directories for his expertise, notably in the areas of Corporate/Commercial Law, Venture Capital Law, Leveraged Buyouts and Private Equity Law, and Real Estate Law. Adam’s Corporate/Commercial practice encompasses M&A, private equity, venture capital and advising emerging technology companies from formation to exit. Adam has extensive cross-border experience, including managing complex M&A transactions. He is a member of the firm’s US Committee.
