Jean-François is an Associate Director in Roynat Equity Partners Montreal team, which he joined in 2018. He is involved in all aspects of the investing process, including sourcing, structuring, evaluating and executing transactions. Part of the Roynat/Scotiabank family since 2015, he has gained significant experience working alongside mid-market businesses and conducting in depth operational and financial due diligence. Prior to his current role, Jean-François was a senior analyst in the Scotiabank National Accounts team, underwriting applications for customized credit and cash management solutions. Prior to that, he was an analyst for Roynat Capital, providing creative & unique long term financing solutions to mid-market companies.

Jean-François holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Major in Finance with distinction) from Laval University and obtained his CFA charter in 2018.
