DAVID ALLOUNE, ASA, CFA As Senior Director, Asset Allocation, David is a member of TCC’s Strategic and Tactical Asset Allocation Team, and a member of the External Managers Investment Committee. He brings nearly 15 years of experience in asset-liability management for pension funds, including the establishment of investment policies, risk budget framework and quantitative research. Prior to joining TCC in 2010, David worked at a large consulting firm, providing actuarial consulting services to institutional clients. In addition to being an Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA) and a CFA charterholder, David holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from the Université de Montréal.
