Bryan is an architect turned developer who after spending time studying at Harvard returned home to Montreal. After working with large national developers , Canderel and Groupe Canvar Bryan founded MTRPL in 2016. Founded in 2016, MTRPL is a principal based real estate company concentrated on retail centric mixed use urban development. Based in Montreal we specialize in the investment, development and management of mixed use assets. Our investment philosophy begins with transit oriented development along retail corridors in urban areas.
